PES Login and ID Passwords To Change
Watch For Your Letter From EDS!

The new changes in the EDS system are requiring that all providers receive new PES password and login ID numbers.  EDS will be sending a letter in the near future which will notify providers of their new password and login ID number for PES.  Please retain this letter-do not throw it away!  If you lose the letter, thus lose your PES password and login ID numbers, you will not be able to get new numbers and passwords over the phone.  EDS must mail the new password and ID number to you, a process that is estimated to take about five days.  This means you could be without the use of PES for as long as five days.  To avoid this problem, be sure you are on the lookout for your letter from EDS and that you save that letter!  HCS will pass along any new or additional information on this issue as it becomes available.
