Since 1996, Torey has worked as a health care consultant with specific experience in data management and analysis. In the spring of 2000, Torey completed a dual Masters of Public Health and Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Organization and Policy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Torey is currently seeking certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator.
